The Espinho Multimedia Center, completed in 2000, is a multipurpose facility designed to host a wide variety of events, serving as a key infrastructure component within the urban context in which it is located.

The building’s current state of repair shows signs of deterioration in various components of the structural system, particularly in the roofing and the cladding on the north and south facades, resulting in defects inside the building.

The proposed project focused on the renovation of the roofs and the north and south facades, ensuring the preservation of the complex’s architectural identity and the restoration of appropriate conditions for the use, performance, and operation of the facility.
