Houselab

The school complex, built in 1995, is located in Silvalde, Espinho, and consists of three buildings—the Administration Building, the Main Building, and the Sports Center—complemented by an outdoor playground. The complex is organized in a functional manner, integrating the academic, administrative, and sports areas.

The renovation proposal also includes the construction of a new building to house technical and support areas for field services. The primary objective of the project was to assess safety, comfort, and accessibility—both in terms of mobility and maintenance—thereby enabling the development of a phased and prioritized action strategy aimed at optimizing solutions and intervention priorities.
