A construction plan was developed for two industrial facilities intended for the pharmaceutical industry, to be built on the African continent on a site of approximately 40,000 m² located in an area undergoing development.

In the first phase, plans call for the construction of an industrial building and a storage facility, designed to ensure balanced architectural integration with the surrounding environment. The proposal sought to create a clear and coherent volumetry that meets the functional requirements of the project, balancing efficiency, durability, and spatial quality within a developing urban context.
