Given the identified issues, the renovation project focused primarily on refurbishing the roofs, which were identified as the main source of deterioration in the interior finishes. The solutions adopted prioritized durability, sound construction practices, and cost control, ensuring the building’s functional enhancement and improvements in its safety and comfort.
